Questions

Givver, answered.

What is Givver?

Givver is a UK HR, workforce management and payroll platform. HR, rotas, time and attendance and HMRC-recognised payroll run on one employee record, and Givver payroll specialists can run your payroll for you in the UK and the EU.

Who is Givver for?

UK employers that run shift teams, several sites or several companies, in sectors such as retail, hospitality, warehouse and logistics, manufacturing and professional services.

How much does Givver cost?

HR is free for companies with fewer than 25 employees. People Core costs £3 and People Pro £6 per employee per month. Time plans cost £2 or £3 per employee per month. Payroll software costs £5 or £6 per payslip. Managed payroll is quoted. Prices exclude VAT.

Is Givver HMRC-recognised payroll software?

Yes. Givver is on GOV.UK's list of HMRC-recognised payroll software, and RTI submissions are included in Payroll Core.

Can we outsource our payroll to Givver?

Yes. With managed payroll, a named Givver payroll specialist runs each pay run from the data in Givver, and your team approves it. Managed payroll is available in the UK and EU countries.
