Handling Holiday Entitlement and Pay for Casual Staff

🧠 What is the solution? For casual staff, rolled-up holiday pay can be a practical approach. This means adding a percentage to each payment to cover holiday entitlement.

🔢 Calculation Tip: Statutory Holiday Pay: Multiply the amount paid by 0.1207 (12.07%). This percentage ensures compliance with the statutory 5.6 weeks of paid leave.
